Sri Bhagavan

Indian Spiritual Teacher. Born on 7th March 1949, Sri Bhagavan comes from Nemam, a suburb of chennai metropolis. with an estimated following of more than 100 million people across the globe, Sri Bhagavan believes that the only true solution for Global harmony is to raise the level of human consciousness to a state of causeless love. Sri Bhagavan talks of "Existence"  as the cause of all human problems, Existence as a sense of seperateness, as a feeling of the  "me" and the  "not me". Addressing the issue of Existence, he emphasizes the need for an awakening experience.

In July of 1989, Sri Bhagavan together with his wife Sri Padmavathi Amma founded the Oneness Movement with the vision "To Set Man Free". Earlier Sri Bhagavan had established jeevashram- a school for wholistic education which served as a platform for his Global transformation work. Later in the year 2001 Sri Bhagavan founded the Oneness University, an instituition to revive the true essence of all world religions (faiths) by restoring the respective religious experiences to 'its' peoples.

Sri Bhagavan works closely with the peoples of indigenous cultures and stresses on the need and significance of a direct experience of the Transcendental in order to make the  oneness age a reality.
